Job Responsibilities:
· Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
· Maintain accurate documentation of receivables transactions.
· Generate regular reports on receivables status and collections.
· Provide insights for improving receivables management.
· Monitor and manage shared accounts receivable inbox.
· Respond promptly and professionally to emails.
· Prioritize emails for timely resolution.
· Record and reconcile client payments.
· Update payment records in accounting system.
· Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies promptly.
· Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
· Proven experience in accounts receivable, preferably in the real estate industry.
· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
· Team player with a collaborative attitude and willingness to assist others.
· Knowledge of accounting principles and understanding of financial processes.
