LifeBridge Health is Hiring a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Near Baltimore, MD
- This position is responsible for general facility, building and equipment maintenance and repair, both scheduled and unscheduled tasks, as assigned by the Call Center and/or Facilities and Maintenance management.
- In general, tasks that will be completed include: Work Order completion, Preventative Maintenance completion, problem identification and resolution, determination of material and supplies required for problem resolution, documentation of activities, utilization of the Computer Maintenance Management System, and communicating with the department's management.
- Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field
- 3-5 years maintenance experience in plumbing, carpentry, painting, wall repair, floor repair, changing ceiling tiles, light electrical etc
- Must hold a full valid Maryland Driver's license and a good driving record
- Weekend and holiday rotation
- Training is on day shift
