Sinai Hospital's Emergency Department is currently looking for aRegistered Nursewith a dedication to excellence in patient care and a drive to make a difference in critical healthcaresituations.
The Emergency Department (ED)at Sinai Hospital is composed of a 73-bed unit and consists of 7 care centers within the unit, which include: Urgent Care Center, Chest Pain Evaluation Center, Emergent Care Center, Level II-Trauma Center, Pediatric Center, Rapid Evaluation Unit(REU), and an Observation Center.
At Sinai, we are passionate about providing the best medical and emotional care for our residents and patients.
Sinai Hospital is the largest community hospital in Maryland consisting of 483-licensed bedsthat offers
training for more than 140 residents and 400 medical students yearly .
JOB SUMMARY:
As a member of the patient care team, the RNprovides safe, age-appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and, resource for patients and their families.
REQUIREMENTS:
Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
Maryland Registered Nurse License
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
ACLS& PALS
