• Support classroom teachers with daily activities, including lesson preparation and classroom management
• Work with small groups of students to provide individual attention and support
• Assist with grading and record-keeping
• Provide supervision during lunch and recess
• Communicate regularly with parents and other staff members
• Attend meetings and trainings as required
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability, able to adjust to changing needs and demands
