TRISTAR is seeking an Logistics Management Specialist IV ( iPDM) for our government customer located in Crane, IN

Position Description:

  • The Logistics Management Specialist V will provide Specialized programmatic and Life Cycle Logistics support for the EO/IR projects within the MTS/USAF family of Programs for the Electro Optics Division

Position Responsibilities:

  • Will Assist in planning, execution, integration and oversight of all Integrated Product Support (IPS) projects and provide logistics expertise
  • Organize and analyze information to produce reports, trend analysis and compile metrics
  • Prepare Acquisition document
  • Maintain detailed reports for new procurements and tracking of fielded systems
  • Assist in Milestone development, coordination and management of records, and analytical support
  • Prepare and Maintain a Plan of Action (POA&M) for new and ongoing Logistics task
  • Review, advice and provide recommendations on: Bill of Materials (BOM), Level of repair analysis (LORA), Change notice (CN), Parts List, Logistics Product Data (LPD), and Technical Data Package (TDP)
  • Develop and/or update Maintenance Plans
  • Develop provisioning packages
  • Develop and review technical manuals and operational procedures
  • Provide asset tracking
  • Develop and review Depot plans and related documents
  • Develop and implement Engineering Change Proposal (ECP)
  • Provide Maintenance planning/Supportability Analysis (MPA)

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10-15 years' experience in DoD Acquisition Logistics Support
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Products Office (Project, Outlook, Excel, and Word) Knowledge with Government's Integrated Product Data Management system ( iPDM)
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • An active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree desired or 10-15 years experience
