As our Caregiver you will:

· Monitor and administer prescribed medications to patients.

· Maintain medical records.

· Perform welfare checks on patients.

· Orders and completes medication records.

· Provide physical assistance, laundry, bedding, and light housekeeping.

· Be available for the PM shift (2 pm to 10:30 pm), including every other weekend.

· The ability to assist residents with limited mobility, lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.

· Partner with other associates to ensure safety and well-being.

MUST HAVE A SOFT HEART FOR SENIOR POPULATION

What you will need:

· An active AZ state-required Caregiver certification is preferred and if you do not have one, we will pay for the Caregiving certification.

· Background check, DPS fingerprint card, Current TB test, Current CPR, Food handlers card, and pass drug screening.

· A Positive can-do attitude.
