The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects on time and within budget. The candidate will be expected to coordinate resourcing, build relationships across functional leaders, and collaborate with 3rd party contractors/consultants. As a Project Manager in our organization, you will also be responsible for identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies, and maintaining a strong focus on quality and efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement in our supply chain processes. To succeed in this role, you should be a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of successfully managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a profound understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within our business. Qualifications/ Skills Develop detailed project plans, including milestones and deadlines. Coordinate with team members for timely project completion. Manage budget by monitoring expenditures against allocated funds. Report project status and issues to upper management. Lead team members to work effectively and meet deadlines. Review project plans continuously for feasibility, scope, and risks. Oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet objectives. Lead project team to achieve goals within quality standards. Forecast and manage resources efficiently to achieve objectives. Assist in preparing budget based on work scope and resources. Regularly update stakeholders on strategy, progress, and adjustments.
