ROLE SUMMARY: Responsible for project set up, GC Billing, Subcontract entry/invoice processing,

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Set up new jobs / Job cost estimates.
• Meets owner requirements such as proper billing formats / deadlines.
• Maintains accurate data on under-billing/over-billing.
• Enter Change Orders/Job cost estimates.
• Monitors status of pending owner change orders.
• Enters Subcontracts / Change Orders
• Codes subcontract invoices, Obtains PM approvals, AP entry.
• Monitors status of client’s receivables.
• Posts cash receipts.(backup)
• Performs additional tasks as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• An associate degree in accounting
• Be able to multi-task and thrive in a challenging environment.

SAFETY AWARENESS:

• Ability to provide self with a safe work environment when working with various software and information technology equipment;
• Ability to understand safety parameters surrounding an office environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to hear, and speak clearly with professionalism.
• Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull, lift and carry up to 30 lbs., must have dexterity of fingers (or mechanical substitutions).
• Normal vision range (with or without corrective eyewear); ability to see color and to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols 100% of the time.
