C&M Legal Search is Hiring a Real Estate Attorney Near Washington, DC
Real Estate AttorneyOur client's Real Estate Practice Group seeks a Senior Associate/Counsel/Junior Partner with 2-7 years of experience representing Borrowers/Owners/Investors in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and financings to join their Washington DC team.
Qualified candidates will possess extensive experience representing Borrowers/Owners/Investors including: (1) reviewing and negotiating sophisticated joint venture agreements with private equity real estate funds; (2) reviewing and negotiating loan documents; and (3) representing clients in buying, selling and financing commercial real estate. Experience with hospitality transactions, including the acquisition of branded hotels and negotiating hotel management agreements, is a plus but not required.
DC bar membership is required.
