Responsibilities
•Represent clients in family law and adoption litigation cases, including court appearances and legal proceedings.
•Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and provide expert legal advice to clients.
•Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation sessions to achieve favorable outcomes.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation for all assigned cases.
•Stay current on state laws and regulations related to family law and adoption to provide effective legal representation.
Qualifications
