Home Instead® is looking for a successful sales-minded professional to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. The Home Care Sales Consultant role develops, manages, and maximizes our referral relationships throughout Indian River County, doing both sales and marketing. The Home Care Sales Consultant also performs a variety of duties that relate to quality client care including care consultations with potential clients and family members, client/care professional introductions, and quality assurance visits with existing clients. Daily work will take place in the Vero Beach, FL office and throughout Indian River County, FL. Use of company car available when traveling to referral providers or client homes. Job Responsibilities:

• Consultative Sales & Marketing
• Develop and build relationships with Referral Providers
• Develop and build relationships with Community Partners
• Meet with new clients in their home
• QA visits with existing clients
• Documentation in Salesforce and internal software system

Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to adapt to a changing workday as needed
• Ability to work in and enjoy a fast-paced environment
• Solution oriented problem solver
• Valid drivers license
• 2 years of Customer Service and/or Senior Care experience, preferred
