Base Pay: $42,000 Commission

* Average Consultant earnings are $150,000 per year*

Job Responsibilities

• Generating and pursuing leads.
• Qualifying and informing potential buyers on products, increasing sales volume, and guiding buyers throughout the sales process.
• Create a business plan by identifying market strategies, creating realtor relationships, and other programs to meet and exceed sales expectations.
• Provide an excellent customer experience throughout the entire process, all the way to closing.
• Qualifying buyers to their respective communities.
• Communicate, collaborate, and build rapport with team members.
• Meet and achieve sales goals, attend meetings, and provide follow-ups for home buying processes.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License
• 2 Years of onsite new homes sales experience.
• Business and sales minded. Goal driven!
• Relationship-building skills.
• Energetic, Outgoing, and Professional.
• Ability to work some weekends and evenings if needed.
• Proficient in MS Office or other CRMs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $130,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
