The Treatment Director will be responsible for providing leadership for the overall treatment program, including responsibility for ensuring adherence to the treatment model – Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) by all levels of staff; that includes ensuring comprehensive ongoing training, coordination and coaching of TBRI. Leads the admissions and treatment teams. clinical responsibility may include a small case load as seems appropriat e .
