Centonoveis an upscale, Italian restaurant located in the heart of downtown Los Gatos. Our lunch and dinner menu offers traditional handmade pastas, gourmet pizzas and an extensive Italian wine menu-as well as Italian beers and traditional cocktails.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain an exceptional level of customer service, hospitality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
• Explain menu items and provide recommendations based on customers’ needs
• Serve food and beverages to guests in an upscale dining environment
• Clean, prepare and set the dining areas before, during and after service
• Find ways to support the FOH and BOH teams during your shifts
• Take phone reservations and orders, expedite takeout and delivery
• Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with guests and provide excellent customer service
• Thrive in a fast-paced, high energy restaurant environment
• Reliability, consistency and a great attitude
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• RBS certified (within 30 days of hire)
• Serve Safe certified (within 30 days of hire)
