Lewis Brisbois is seeking a Litigation Management & Guideline Compliance Specialist who will collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to track a large volume of insurance defense cases. A strong understanding of legal database management is needed. This is a full time position.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a large law firm setting, insurance company or in project management. Degree/Paralegal Certificate not required but preferred. Excellent working knowledge of Concordance including building databases, loading, and manipulating data. Expert proficiency using Excel software. Proficiency with PowerPoint a plus. Accounting background, experience desirable.
Ability to multi-task a wide variety of duties and complete them in a timely fashion. Ability to work on repetitive tasks for a long period of time, reading, extracting, summarizing information from status reports, and updating the database.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, attorneys, and clients in a professional manner. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent writing skills.
