Maintenance Director
LeveringRegional Health Care Center, a long-term care facility located in Hannibal, MO,has an opportunity for an experienced, results-driven Maintenance Director .The ideal candidate will lead and direct a team of Maintenance Assistant withthe day-to-day maintenance services of the facility. Reporting to the facilityAdministrator but will receive guidance from the Regional Maintenance Director.This position generally works from 8 am - 4:30 p.m. Mon-Fri., however, availabilityon some evenings/nights or weekends will be required.
Duties Include (but are not limitedto)

• HVAC Knowledge or certification
• Heating and air-conditioning experience
• Electric wiring and repairs experience
• Ability to diagnosis plumbing problems and repair them
• Responsibility for conducting monthly and annual equipment testing
• Monthly reports requirements
• Supply ordering using Procurement Partner (training will be provided)

This "hands-on"position also requires organization skills and exceptional communication abilities. Nursing home experience preferred butnot required.
