Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Camp Counselors. As a Camp Counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with children in a fun and engaging environment. This is a paid position that offers valuable experience in early childhood education and childcare.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead age-appropriate activities for campers
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers
- Foster a positive and inclusive camp environment
- Assist with daily tasks such as mealtime, restroom breaks, and transitions between activities
- Provide guidance and support to campers during group activities
- Implement behavior management strategies when necessary
- Collaborate with other counselors to create a cohesive camp experience

Requirements:
- Experience working with children in settings such as daycare, tutoring, babysitting, or classroom environments
- Knowledge of childhood development and educational principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a group of children
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children
- Ability to pass a background check

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

• Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• First Aid Certification (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
