Job Description:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Manager, Marketing - Commercial Services, you will be the key player responsible for the overall marketing strategy and execution for the Lennox National Account Services and Lennox AES business units. This role is instrumental in developing the go-to-market strategy to grow our HVAC installation, service, accessory, energy management, and recycling / reclaim offerings. This role collaborates across multiple business units and functional areas, including sales, human resources, and creative teams, and executes the marketing plan through our partner channels, tradeshows, and digital platforms.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Marketing Strategy: Work with business leadership to identify strategic opportunities and design marketing plans to support rapid growth.
  • Brand and Messaging: Evaluate existing brand messaging and lead necessary updates, to align with business strategy. Elevate brand awareness among ideal customer base.

  • Channel Marketing: Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to drive cross-selling, service and maintenance contracts, and revenue growth through various sales channels.

  • Marketing Collateral: Lead creation and deployment of marketing collateral, including updated branding materials, brochures, presentations, and tailored sales enablement materials.
  • Content Development : Lead creation of website content, including blog posts, landing pages, product/service information, and multimedia elements.
  • Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' strategies, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • 8 years in brand marketing, channel marketing, product marketing, or related field, preferably in B2B manufacturing or industrial products.
  • Commercial HVAC, HVAC services, or related industry knowledge is preferred but not required

Travel is estimated at 20%

This position is a hybrid role working Monday through Thursday in our Richardson, TX headquarters, with the option to work from home on Fridays.
