About the roleSteer is seeking an Experienced Front End Engineer with substantial React production experience to join our Front End Engineering Team. We are looking for individuals with fresh ideas, new knowledge, and expertise in Front End development.
You Will
- Participate in development of our SPA CRM application, custom widgets, and web directory using React.js or other modern FE technologies
- Architect and implement scalable and efficient front-end solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior front-end engineers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimize front-end performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Drive continuous improvement in front-end development processes and methodologies.
- 6 years of commercial full-stack JS/TS development with React on the front-end
- Strong Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Extensive experience and deep understanding of core front-end technologies
- Understanding of Responsive Design Principles: ability to create responsive web applications that work across different devices and screen sizes.
- Extensive knowledge of React, Redux/MobX, and React ecosystemSolid knowledge of WebPack or other module bundlers
- Knowledge of best practices for optimizing front-end performance
- Ability to work without supervision, lead the team and mentor more junior team members, be proactive and responsible
- Familiarity with Back-End Technologies:
- Basic understanding of back-end development and RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of Node.js or other server-side frameworks.
- Experience with Cloud Services:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with deploying and managing web applications in a cloud environment.
- Understanding of CI/CD Pipelines:
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools and practices.
- Knowledge of tools like Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with GraphQL for querying and managing APIs.
