Bachmans Grocery division is looking to hire a full time Floral Merchandiser. Candidates for the role should have a valid drivers license and a passion for bringing displays to life with beautiful flowers and merchandise.

POSITION DUTIES:

In-store servicing, merchandising, and maintaining proper levels of perishable and hard goods inventory in assigned floral grocery stores.

Identify, remove, and transfer out old or non-saleable product.

Determine best-selling products and store trends for each store and make selections of product for delivery.

Load and deliver to stores and create visually pleasing displays.

Communicate needs of the business to other business partners.

Clean, organize and maintain a neat orderly store environment consistent with department design. This includes care and maintenance of perishable & hardgoods products.

Responsible for multiple locations per day and may involve various loads or long hours during peak.

QUALIFICATIONS:

This position requires a valid Drivers License and able to pass a background check

Ability to drive frequently in the metro area with a full-size van.

The ability to lift up to 20 lbs. repeatedly and 50 lbs. occasionally.

Able to work on your feet for the majority of your shift.

The ability to work independently is required.

1 or more years of Visual Merchandising experience.

Knowledge of blooming and green plants and cut flower care is preferred.

Comfortable using technology, i.e. tablets and applications.
