Lemon Door Playschool LLC is Hiring a Preschool Teacher Near Seattle, WA
The Lemon Door Playschool is a full-day preschool located in the Magnolia Village area of Seattle. (Opened September 2022) We are currently hiring 2 full-time teachers to complete our team. We are seeking experienced, kind, light-hearted and energetic individuals who truly enjoy working with preschool aged children and who work well with other adults. (You will be working in a classroom with three other teachers) Our center is play based and we encourage all our teachers to bring their professionalism and creativity to this position. We are a mixed-age center and we are excited to complete our team!
Start Date June 1, 2024 or before
Duties will include:
Engage and build positive relationships with the preschoolers, families, and staff
Regulate the classroom with the other teachers
Plan and rotate the classroom weekly
Lead/Participate circle time
Prep children to go outside (help with coats/shoes etc)
Supervise playground time (always with 3 other teachers)
Bathroom duty (assist children in bathroom-all are potty trained!)
Helping serve and clean up lunch (all meals are provided at Lemon Door)
Relive full-time teachers for their lunch (oversee sleeping children)
Qualifications: BA/BS preferred

Registered with MERIT (fingerprints done!)
30 HR childcare basics
TB test within last 12 months
MMR
Food workers card
CPR/First Aid up to date
positive/growth mindset
