Family Medicine Physician (FP) needed in Easton, PA.

This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization that’s committed to their patients and making a difference throughout PA.
Salary and Benefits
- The salary range is based on experience ($220,147 - $309,768.94/year)
- Incentive Plan Annual Bonus – up to 18% base salary
- Starting Bonus - $20,000 (linked to 1 year of employment)
- Retention Bonus - $20,000 (after 2 years of full-time employment)
- Relocation Assistance – up to $4,000
- Health Insurance – Employee $0-$30.81 biweekly

- 26 days (208 hours) Paid Time Off (PTO)

Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 5:00 pm)
- 36 patient hours
- 4 administrative hours
- On-call as needed
- Occasional weekend rounding
- Educate patients and their families on preventative care & prescribed treatments
- Collaborate with the care team in assessing, planning, and implementing the patient’s care plan
- Providing care to patients of all ages
Requirements
- Clear and active Physician license in the state of Pennsylvania
- MD/DO
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in the state of Pennsylvania
- Family Medicine
- VISA Sponsorship Available
