Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to manage customer transactions, answer phone calls, and input orders. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Order Management: Accurately input orders into our system, whether received in person, online, or over the phone.
- Payment Handling: Process cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accurate change and receipt issuance.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls, provide information about our menu and specials, and take phone orders efficiently.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the cashier area neat and organized, following all hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Support Team: Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Accuracy: Strong attention to detail and ability to handle transactions accurately.
