Boutique law firm in Miami is in need of an experienced legal secretary or legal assistant to assist them in covering for a maternity leave. The position will start in mid-June and last approximately four (4) or more months.

The duties entail standard secretarial tasks including but not limited to reviewing emails, processing invoices, entering time and billing, calendaring, answering phones, etc...

The scheduled hours for this position are 9am-5:30pm, Monday- Thursday and on Friday 9am-5:00pm.
