Qualified Applicants will have:

• 1 years of experience in maintenance
• Ability to understand and read schematics
• Understanding of electrical systems, plumbing and construction principles
• Valid Drivers License
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk and lift up to 50lbs for a full 8 hour shift
• Strong attention to detail
• Working as part of a team using verbal and written communication
• Great work ethic and teamwork skills.
