What you will be doing

• Playing Tetris - Continually routing and mapping to ensure efficiency for technician schedules.
• Firefighting - Put out scheduling fires as they arise with ease and confidence.
• Decision Making - Swiftly make the decision possible based on the situation.
• Participate in ongoing learning, training, and growth opportunities

What you will bring along

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1 years experience in HVAC dispatching
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude
• Passion for solving puzzles and going above and beyond
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Familiarity with Service Titan CRM system is preferred
