Summary

Our client, a biopharmaceutical company, is searching for a Cloud Administrator to assist with the design, implementation, and management of their cloud infrastructure. This role will require proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, with expertise in optimizing performance, ensuring operational security, integrity, maintenance, and governance of their Office 365 and SharePoint environments.

Responsibilities

• Migrate on-premises workloads to the cloud.
• Troubleshoot cloud-related issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Update and patch cloud systems to ensure security and stability.
• Implement cost optimization strategies to control cloud spending.
• Conduct regular security audits and compliance.
• Provide technical support to users and answer their cloud-related questions.
• Document cloud processes and procedures for future reference.
• Enforce security policies and access controls for cloud resources.
• Knowledge of firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security measures.
• Adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a high school diploma and certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud administration, with expertise in Microsoft Intune, Sharepoint, Azure, Entra, and other 365 Suite products. Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and services.
• Experience with virtual machines, networking, and storage technologies.
