Job Description: To work as an Agent Team Member employee of a SF agent assisting the agent in the marketing and selling of all SF's Insurance and Financial Services products along with providing quality service to SF customers. May be possible for remote sales for high performing insurance sales person.

Work Experience: Experience in marketing and/or customer service desirable. Willingness to learn and apply that knowledge to help customers. Experience with popular computer software desirable. Knowledge of personal lines insurance and financial services products desirable.

Skills/Abilities: Ability to learn and apply insurance product, industry and market knowledge to make professional recommendations to prospects and policyholders and to satisfy insurance licensing requirements. Ability to assist others in decision process. Ability to create professional business relationships with prospects and customers. Strong listening, oral and written communication skills. Sales desire, ability and history of success. Ability to take initiative and act effectively in various circumstances without direction.

Self-confidence/perseverance/strong work ethic: Remain positive and maintain progress towards a goal in spite of obstacles and adversity. Desire to learn and grow dialing and have customer best interests in mind.

Job Related Training Requirements: Successfully complete all company training, state and federal requirements (Insurance licenses) to market and service designated SF products and continue to be licensed in good standing is required.

Duties & Responsibilities: Implement the agency's marketing plan and campaigns at direction of the agent. Work from the agent's office to contact prospects and current policyholders to generate interest in insurance review appointments and products.

Compensation: We offer a base- plus sales commission and spiffs on top of base. and a travel aware program. You control what you earn by your own efforts.

Pay: $10.00 - $17.00 per hour
