Our large national client is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join the organization on a 1 year contract covering a leave. This organization prides itself in being fully remote while maintaining a collaborative and nurturing culture. As the Payroll Specialist you will be responsible for supporting the needs of the Payroll Operations team for 4 of their subsidiaries. You love reporting and filling in the details while ensuring the employees get paid properly and on time and know that payroll is a service role and taking care of others is part of your duties.
What you bring:
- Ultipro (UKG) experience
- Multistate payroll processing experience
- Understanding of employment laws, garnishments, and tax withholding
- Approachable and personal personality
- Home office that provides confidentiality
As an Ambassador of Ledgent you will receive amazing benefit on day one of assignment with additional benefits like holiday pay and a 401K as the assignment continues! This role pays $25-30hr depending on experience.
