Position : Payroll Specialist

Location : Tualatin, OR

Job Type : Direct Hire, Fully Onsite, Fulltime

Compensation : $62,000 - $64,000 a year

We are in search of a Payroll Specialist to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate should possess experience with Viewpoint Spectrum, comprehensive payroll handling, and familiarity with benefits administration.

Attention to detail is crucial as you will be entrusted with handling confidential data.

Responsibilities :

  • Managing payroll for a large number of employees
  • Ensuring the accuracy of all data input into the payroll system
  • Safeguarding the confidentiality and security of employee information
  • Addressing payroll inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly and professionally
  • Assisting with year-end payroll reporting
  • Undertaking other related duties as necessary

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle payroll processing
  • Union payroll experience is a huge plus!
  • Proficiency in using Spectrum Viewpoint.
  • Preferably experienced with multi-state payroll
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
