Position is responsible to: maintain general building/campus security and a safe work environment; maintain an aesthetically pleasing environment to include light housekeeping support; provide quality customer service with effective communication to residents, families, guests, vendors, employees, public; assist all departments as needed; respond promptly to fire alarms and resident calls via telephone and/or paging system; maintain composure during emergency and emotional situations .

Valid/current PA drivers license in good standing;
Knowledge of/familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
