JOIN TEAM TRILOGY

What You will be Doing:

* Safely preparing, administering, and documenting all medications used in the health campus.

* Maintaining resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations.

* Verifying that any medications brought into the health campus by a newly admitted resident are examined and identified by the attending physician or the facility pharmacy or pharmacist.

* Following health campus policies and procedures regarding the destroying of medications.

* Participate in daily nursing report along with daily electronic documentation.

* Assist residents with daily needs such as, but not limited to personal hygiene activities, dressing/undressing, lifting, and transporting when needed.

* Observe and report changes in residents' condition and make independent decisions when warranted.

* Work with a high quality, collaborative team.

Where You will be Going:

* Regional Travel

* Defined as travel for work assignment up to two (2) hours from home address, where license or certification is applicable.

* or-

* Full Travel

* Defined as travel for work assignment across the Company's footprint. (IN, OH, MI, WI AND KY) where license or certification is applicable.

* Full-time, 12-hour shifts with block scheduling for overnight stays!

* Mileage and meal reimbursement provided! (if applicable)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

* Active and in good-standing Nurse Aide certification. (STNA, CNA, SRNA)

* Every other weekend and holiday work availability.

* At least one year's experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant preferred.

* At least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
