Key Responsibilities:

• Product Demonstration: Conduct captivating product demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value of our client's products.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a friendly and approachable manner, answering questions and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Promotional Events: Participate in promotional events and campaigns, representing our client's brand and driving customer interest in their products.
• Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and assisting with the sales process during demonstrations.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our client's products, staying up-to-date on product specifications, uses, and benefits.
• Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers during demonstrations, providing valuable insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Conduct product demonstrations at various locations, such as retail stores, trade shows, and special events, to engage customers and drive product sales.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring product recommendations and demonstrations to meet their requirements.
• Create an immersive and interactive experience for customers during product demonstrations, using engaging storytelling and hands-on interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products based on customer interest and feedback.
• Maintain a neat and organized demonstration area, ensuring all products are properly set up and displayed to attract customer attention.
• Track and record sales data, customer interactions, and feedback, providing regular reports to management to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
