Join our growing team. You won't regret it.As a Leasing Coordinator you will be responsible for evaluating and processing all Leasing and Sales Transactions to be complete and accurate. This Role requires frequent interaction and coordination with colleagues in Sales Operations to ensure appropriate and efficient document packages.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a liaison between the leasing partners and Sales Force
• Review key inputs to Lease and Sales Transactions to ensure orders are set up properly in Sales Chain
• Review each lease application and obtain Lease approvals
• Direct involvement with leasing activities in eAutomate
• Create funding package to Leasing Partners after reviewing all components for accuracy
• Maintain all aspects of the end of lease process
• Assist sales reps or customers with questions regarding leasing
• Keep current on issues affecting the line of business
• Perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to work on and prioritize multiple projects while continuing to meet goals and deadlines for ongoing tasks, with minimal supervision
• Demonstrate ability to interpret and analyze data and make informed, calculated decisions
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
• Ability to identify errors and root causes of errors, and develop workable solutions or alternatives to avoid errors going forward
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast paced environment
• Ability to interact with and build productive working relationships across all organizational levels and departments
• Strong computer skills (Excel | Word | Microsoft365) with demonstrated high accuracy output
