Seeking a highly motivated school counselors for grades 5 - 8 as students transition from elementary school to a high school. You'll be a key point of contact for some of our special needs students as well as developing career skills and addressing the social/emotional needs of the entire student body. Desired candidate will be responsible for working with students who have IEPs and 504s. Student confidentiality is important as is a desire to help those with a variety of learning disabilities. Assistants may float between classrooms or may work one-on-one with students depending on the day and need. Ideal candidates must pass a criminal history check.
