Landmark Management Solutions is Hiring a Receptionist Near Cambridge, MA

The Neville Center at Fresh Pond is hiring a full-time Receptionist, some days and evenings required, to work at our beautiful facility near the Fresh Pond Parkway in Cambridge, MA.

The Receptionist is responsible for creating a warm, responsive interaction between the Center and its external and internal customers to support a positive image of the Center at all times.

This position requires tact, sensitivity, and professionalism due to constant interaction with residents, families, employees, referral sources and the outside community. The Receptionist cordially and professionally greets Center guests and directs them accordingly. He/she operates the phones and is responsible for providing outstanding customer service. Additionally, the Receptionist will be tasked to assist with various business offices, admissions, and other administrative duties as assigned.

The schedule for this position is some days and evenings up to approximately thirty (30) hours per week. Every other weekend availability is a must!

Experience and Qualifications for the Receptionist:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least one year’s experience as an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist.
  • Must have the ability to read, write and communicate in English as it is the dominant language of the Center.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to utilize the computer and its various platforms.
  • Professional business attire required.
  • E/O weekend
