Title: Technical Customer Service Representative

SUMMARY:

Description: The Customer Service Rep. provides superior Customer Service to our clients North American dealer network.
Work hours/days are Monday-Friday Onsite 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
• Place Orders
• Reduce Backorders on predecessor part numbers • Any non-confirming projects that is not dealer facing • Assist other representatives with their manual work • Projects assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
The Customer Service Representative will ultimately be responsible for fielding inbound customer calls from North American dealers as it relates to specific parts orders. In addition, the Customer Service Representative will collaborate other departments within to deliver parts order information to customers over the phone and re-direct calls to the appropriate personnel when necessary.
