- Experience in COBOL CICS IBM environment minimum 12 years.
- Experience in Naura One minimum of 7 years.
- Experience in the implementation of large-scale welfare project minimum of 7 years.
- Experience of demonstrated aptitude and ability to provide subject matter expertise on system architecture minimum 7 years.
- Experience in EBT and electronic payment engine technology and related systems minimum of 9 years.
- Experience with financial systems including debit card systems, credit card risks management, and cash flow analysis minimum 7 years.
- Candidate must have strong communication skills: written, oral, and presentation.

- SQL.
- Experienced with analyzing user requirements and designs along with testing and implementing information systems utilizing Natural One, Natural 2, ADABAS, COBOL, SQL, and SCL on IBM and Unix/Linux environments.
