Responsibilities
•Establish organizational processes for tools, equipment, and vehicles and arrange for maintenance as needed
•Work with general contractors, critical subcontractors, and external vendors to negotiate profitable contracts
•Comply with all best-practice health and safety standards to prevent injuries and slowdowns at construction sites, and promptly report any safety regulation issues
•Schedule construction operations and create a construction timeline to ensure project deadlines are met
•Determine the project deliverables and specifications, including the project scope, necessary project resources, and estimated labor needed by collaborating with clients, engineers, and architects
Qualifications
•Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus
•Experience using construction or project management software preferred
•Strong communication skills, leadership skills, organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and time-management skills
•Completed training for OSHA 30 license
•College degree (Bachelor's) in construction management, engineering, or another relevant field
