This position is Primarily M-F with rotating weekends 10am-7pm daily Dispatch Coordinator. As a Dispatch Coordinator you will be expected to accurately identify shipping, receiving, and monetary details and record details in shared access documents. You will assign trucks to shipments and communicate with the drivers on a daily basis until shipment is completed. This entails a strong sense of urgency, ability to multitask, and a proficiency in communication. Working with computer programs such as Microsoft Office will be a daily function utilizing Outlook, Excel, and Word. This role works closely with other team members to complete daily reports and assigned tasks. Bonuses and pay raises will depend on how quickly the individual learns and advances through training.
