• Office Location: Parkview Huntington Hospital, 2001 Stults Rd, Huntington, IN 46750.
• Team: 2 physicians & 2 advanced practice providers
• Weekly Patient Contact: 36 hours
• Call Requirement: Very light telephone call (access center triages initial inquires)
• Inpatient and obstetric practice optional
