Positions start by November 16 and will end December 31. No extensions are planned. This is strictly for overflow support during this time period.Duties:To diagnose and remediate hardware issues on deployed infrastructure To deploy systems across a variety of hardware and operating systems To assist in gathering and producing telemetry data (monitoring, reporting, alerting) To deploy/maintain system level patches and AV Develop and maintain system documentation for Iab/data center configuration and customization. Develop and maintain system documentation for server/software configuration and customization. Days and Hours – will be compressed schedule Friday, Saturday and every other Monday, 12 hours a day/night. Need to be flexible to either day hours or night hours. If a holiday falls on a work day, they will be working. No exceptions Will be working on documentation as well as on-call for helpdesk support. Qualifications1-5 years hands on experience Self starter and highly motivated Ability to work weekends, flexible hours, and travel if needed Ability to participate in an on call rotation Background in supporting troubleshooting efforts on various degrees of hardware (servers/desktops/laptops) Windows/Linux/Mac SysAdmin skill set (RDP, SSH, read logs, etc.) VMware vSphere (VCP) certification Microsoft MCP certification on various Operation Systems Knowledge/use of SAN and storage technologies, NetApp preferred. Awareness of ITIL, AGILE, and/or DevOps best practices Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN (Switches, VLANs, Routers, VPNs, Firewalls, MPLS and Security) to assist Network team in troubleshooting and escalations. Additional InformationPLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT ABLE TO WORK WITH CANDIDATES ON H1B VISAS OR CANDIDATES REPRESENTED BY THIRD PARTIES.
