Conduct aircraft mission planning support services as a part of a dedicated operational support team that enables the execution of dynamic intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) mission requirements across all theaters of operations. So anything like a weapon delivery planning, for a manned platform would be a fit here. -Then also two or more years with systems engineering activities like operational concept, development architecture, definition, requirements, development, verification, and validation, trade studies that kind of stuff in. - Preferably a senior person that has more years of experience, but we definitely need a minimum of two years but, there's no upper limit, if they have a lot of experience, I think that will definitely be a bonus. -Additional experience: With JMPS which is the joint mission planning system. So having some hands on experience with that, is nice but not required. Experience with, coordinating between specific units, and like the air operations center. -Big bonus would be, if have experience with Agile software development.
