We at Waimanalo L&L are looking for individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, are able to handle cash transactions efficiently, and have a passion for creating a positive experience for our customers<-highlight>
Responsibilities:<-highlight>
- Provides a pleasant and efficient customer-focused experience.<-highlight>
- Registers meal orders on a cash register <-highlight>
- Resolves customer issues and answers questions about menu and purchasing processes.<-highlight>
- Contributes to inventory management.<-highlight>
- Collects payments by accepting cash or charge payments and makes change for customers.<-highlight>
- Verifies credit acceptance and operates credit card authorization systems.<-highlight>
- Balances cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of work shifts by following checkout procedures.<-highlight>
- Provides pricing information to customers.<-highlight>
- Maintains a clean and orderly workstation.<-highlight>
- Bags orders if necessary.<-highlight>
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<-highlight>
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.<-highlight>
