Opportunity

The Kohler Information Technology (IT) organization is an enterprise staff function responsible for Information Technology across the global organization. IT is committed to delivering against Kohler Co.’s increasingly digital agenda by enabling strategic outcomes. Within the organization, there are multiple teams who work together to achieve business value – Business Partners, Infrastructure and Operations, Core Capabilities, Digital Capabilities, Enterprise Architecture and Cybersecurity. This position is part of the Digital Capabilities organization and works with our business partners and cross-functionally within IT to deliver business value through project implementations.

The Analyst works with IT project teams and business clients to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design to develop digital applications and solutions. The ideal candidate can recommend changes to existing applications, identify impacted interfaces, and work with the technical team to implement and test the changes.

The role involves working with Kohler Co. at a global level and across multiple time zones with a wide variety of key working relationships in areas such as USA, China, Europe, and India.

Specific Responsibilities

• The Analyst must have demonstrated expertise in digital and/or Salesforce projects.
• Provide support as the primary contact for triaging production incidents
• Assist in researching and providing solutions to Jira Story business requirements
• Ensuring that the development team understands requirements and acceptance criteria to properly develop and test the story solutions
• Build documentation of business processes and technical solutions to support each business process
• Continuous review of existing technical developments to find areas for enhancement/correction/cleanup
• Review test cases to ensure requirements are fully covered.
• Willingness to learn Oracle CPQ
