KWSM is a full service digital marketing agency made up of driven brand journalists, putting a story-first emphasis on our marketing approach. We specialize in digital marketing strategy, website development & SEO, content creation, PR & influencer marketing, and digital advertising. Clients hire us to create integrated digital marketing strategies that generate leads or sales. Half our clients are B2B and half are B2C.

Job Description
We're looking for a passionate and tenacious leader to join our growing team as a Project Manager.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple marketing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, videographers, and marketing strategists, to ensure projects are executed seamlessly.
As a successful member of our team, your responsibilities include::
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing projects, including websites, print collateral, copywriting, video and marketing strategy
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members and ensure timely completion while efficiently balancing their workload
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Drive the processes that manage workflow and push projects forward
  • Monitor and track project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and take necessary action to keep deliverables on track
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to measure the success of our systems and identify areas for improvement
Other requirements include:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in a marketing agency
  • A proven track record of successful project management
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong problem solver, focused on results and quality control
We are looking for strong leaders who can hold themselves and others accountable.
The ideal candidate will possess these traits:
  • Leadership: The Project Manager must be able to lead and motivate cross-functional teams toward a common goal, ensuring the successful completion of projects.
  • Communication: Effective communication is crucial in project management, and the Project Manager must be able to clearly convey project updates, expectations, and objectives to all stakeholders. (internal and external)
  • Time-management: With multiple projects and deadlines, the Project Manager must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Adaptability: The Project Manager will be involved in every department of the agency, and must be able to understand multiple areas of marketing and work with multiple personality types.
This is a full time role that can be located in any KWSM office - CA, NV, GA
Salary Range: $55K - $75K
