Responsibilities:

Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organizations standards

Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors

Manage offices secretarial duties including leading day-to-day operations and overseeing administrative assistants

Perform additional human resources and office administration duties as needed

Ensure office systems are efficient and effective including filing systems, schedules, budget, maintenance, and stock

Qualifications:

2 years of management experience strongly preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems

Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills

Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
