Responsibilities/Skills/Qualifications

• 3 years of MDM or EMM administration experience, such as Airwatch, Scalefusion, Jamf Pro or Cisco Meraki
• Experience configuring and supporting MDM or EMM
• Maintaining / updating applications and OS within MDM or EMM
• Expertise in troubleshooting technical problems with a focus on rapid resolution
• The ability to manage multiple simultaneous and diverse technology issues to resolution, with minimal supervision and a sense of urgency
• Ability to self-prioritize and manage multiple workloads
• Must be able to assist in after hours on-call rotation
• Critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated application of Bash, Python, Rust and GIT to solve complex problems
• Experience deploying and maintaining Security tools, such as AV, EDR, encryption, etc
• Experience working with Agile and ITIL frameworks
• Experience Software patching, packaging and deployment
• Experience with policy configuration, OS hardening and desired state configurations
• Experience with containers, VM’s, service health monitoring, disaster recovery and business continuity
