Mountain Vista Medical Center is a 178-bed, state-of-the-art hospital located in east Mesa, Arizona, offering comprehensive health care services, including emergency care, heart care, advanced surgical procedures, orthopedics, breast care, maternity care, and women’s services.

Position Summary:

Position responsible for direction of department and the various functions under its umbrella. Provides reports to the Quality Committee, Medical Executive Committee, Board of Directors, administrative team, health plans and regulatory agencies as requested and required. Position will maintain quality improvement activities within department and participates in unit based quality improvement activities. Assures collaboration between quality, risk and utilization management functions. Serves as the ISO Management Representative

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelors degree
  • Current AZ RN License
  • BLS
  • 3-5 years experience
