Contra Costa County Behavioral Health Services seeks a board-eligible/certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve in one of our regional behavioral health clinics San Pablo, Concord, and Antioch. The position is part-time to full-time.Annually Salary: $257,127.12 - $292,189.92 Employee salary or Independent Contractor rate of $211.20 per hour Employees may qualify for up to $60,000 in Student Loan RepaymentWe offer the choice of two compensation pathways. The first is as a County Employee. This pathway offers a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes vacation, sick leave, County-funded malpractice insurance, retirement plan, health benefits and reimbursement of professional expenses.The second compensation pathway is an Independent Contractor. This includes an hourly rate (see above) and County-funded malpractice insurance; it does not include the other benefits outlined above.
